Perfect! Congratulations! This is the best! You will not need any voltage adapter (they are always big, weights a lot, can't handle too much energy, etc.).

Hertz

No equal hertz

This is not a big issue. Unless you are using an electric alarm clock and you have to wake up early!. Explanation: Some alarm clocks (not the battery powered ones, the ones that you have to plug to the wall outlet) uses the frequency of electricity to measure time.
