The voltage is not exact, but the difference is tolerable. Its safe to plug your aparatus in Jamaica without any risk. Congratulations, you will not need any adapter of voltage.

This is not a big issue. Unless you are using an electric alarm clock and you have to wake up early!. Explanation: Some alarm clocks (not the battery powered ones, the ones that you have to plug to the wall outlet) uses the frequency of electricity to measure time.
